Detoxification is the ideal form of natural prevention and cure. It is a method for cleansing contaminated cellular environment. To implement body detoxification it is important to understand the nature of this ancient way of living.

What are Toxins?

Toxins are impurities that destroy our body in different ways. We can absorb them through the skin, mouth and nose or internally by ingesting them or producing them.

Toxins are fat soluble and water soluble.

Water soluble toxins are removed through excretion, fat soluble are stored insight the body, within the organs and a lot of them you can find in the fatty tissue cells and around the fat cells.

What are the sources of toxins: anything we eat, drink, inhale and touch. All living organisms are exposed to toxins.
