I was watching boxing on Euro Sport channel exercises-for-love-handleswondering why these professionals are not incorporating any exercises for love handles.  Well known fact is that love handles are mixture of fat and fluid. Love handles are cold to touch and the reason is that there is not enough blood circulation there.

Three Easy Exercises for Love Handles:

Alternate Heel Touches

Lie down on the floor. Bend your knees and place your feet up to 24 inches apart. Keep your arms straight down at your sides. Crunch forward and up and with your right hand touch your right heel. Return to the starting position and repeat the same move but: touch your left heel with your left hand.

While doing this exercise it’s important to keep your head in a neutral position and your lower back pressed flat against the ground. Perform 3 times at each side 15 – 20 repetitions.

V Twist

You need to V sit. Hold a medicine ball or if you miss one just put your hands together pretending you are holding something and start twisting from side to side. Note that your feet are not touching the floor.  Do 15 - 20 of these.

Bicycle Crunch

Lie on your back. Bend your knees at 90 degrees. Put your hands behind your head. Bring your head and your shoulders about 2 inches above the floor.  Start pumping your legs back and forth imagining you are riding a bicycle. Bring your left armpit to your right knee and at the same continuous motion your right armpit to your right knee.

Now you got three easy exercises for love handles. Make sure you are watching your diet too and speed up your body's fat burning capacity by incorporating a good fat burner such as Phen375.
