how-to-block-carbohydratesProbably you are on a diet but you still have no idea how to block carb absorption. This is the weakest spot in most diets. If you don’t control or block the excessive amount of carbohydrates you are risking your health along with weight gain.

Visceral fat doesn’t respond easy to exercise or diets. Furthermore, it produces more fat tissue in your abdomen, causes hormonal imbalance and it’s difficult to use it as an energy resource. Thus, you will need to learn how to control your appetite for sweets.
