Healthy Guidelines for Proper Nutriotion

Nutritional guidelines for Americans is something which I wanted to share due to the demand of my costumers.

Food is our fuel and if we do not provide our bodies with the nutrients it requires on a daily basis we will become sluggish, be more prone to illness orinfection, perform poorly in our daily tasks and age much faster. It is time to get away from all the confusion which has been created by commercial dietsand start eating for your needs.

As your Weight Loss Guide I’ve put together all the information you require on food quality, quantity, combinations and balance.Remember, our bodies require all 3 food groups: Carbohydrates (40%), Protein (30%) and Fats (30%). Never rule any of them out, however we do only want the ‘favorable’ choices. Your portion sizes are indicated in brackets.
