Reduce The Fat in Your Arms
Having flabby arms is very upsetting fact for many women. We kind of pay attention to other parts of the body such as belly, thighs or buttocks but one day the arms could become a big issue for us. What we usually do is to start exercising. Very often the results are funny.
We build bulky arms, they are firmer but there is still some flabbiness which doesn’t seem to go away. And these lumpy, bumpy looking arms (actually cellulite build up within our system) are very annoying as well.
Why We Are Getting Fat on the Arms?
Getting lean arms is a sexy feature. It’s wrong when you ignore this part of your attractiveness. Our lymphatic system is part of the immune system. It takes care of everything which you body doesn’t need by flushing it out through the major filters. If you have more toxins accumulated than your body will try to neutralize them by retaining fluid. This water gives you the flabby, unmanageable appearance of your arms and only them.
Women have approximately 100 lymph nodes more than men. It’s a natural thing and you can’t do anything about it. Opposite, this is the main reason for female’s stronger immune system comparing to the immune system of a male.
How to Get Rid of Fat Arms?
Flabby arms are often as a result of loss of muscle tissue that is caused by drastic diets, wrong nutrition or hormonal changes. Women who are trying to get rid of flabby arms after weight loss should pay special attention to the amount of protein they consume on a daily basis.
The right amount of protein is approximately 50g per day which could be measured depending on the food you eat, whether it’s meat, almonds, eggs or cottage cheese. For example, one pound of chicken breast contains around 100g of protein. You might consider taking some protein shake, as well.
Note: If you don’t need to lose weight but you want to firm your arms, then use your protein shakes after meal. However, if you need to shed pounds, take your shake before meal. (check Leisa’s Shake)
