How to Get Rid of Fat Cheeks

Raise your head and place your left hand behind your neck and the right hand is holding the chin. Hold this position for 12 counts. Switch your hands and count again up to 12.
  • For fat chicks the best way to lift your face, smooth it and define your chick bones is by using your lips. Poker your lips like prepairing to give a big kiss. Hold for 5 to 7 counts. Than blow through your pockerd lips for the same amount of time.
  • Purse your lips over the corner and draw the corners of your mouth into a tight smile. Hold it for 5 to 7 counts and repeat from the beginning.
