My Weight Loss Story

My weight loss story is very common for most of the women over 40.belly_fat There is a time in life when our hormones are not very helpful and if you don’t pay attention sooner or later you will face some problems with your body weight.

I had a job which made me lose the track over my body. One day a girl told me that I might have gained some excess weight. These words of hers hit me like a hammer. I looked at the mirror and saw that I've developed belly fat, my thighs were bigger and my butt was getting fat.

I made decision to get rid of the fat as soon as it possible and I've put together everything I know to create a safe weight loss plan.

Here is the list of fat burning tips and everything which I’ve done to achieve my weight loss goal:

 

  1. I've cut down completely any pop or milk.
  2. I have stopped drinking hard alcohol.
  3. I have never skipped meals. I was eating up to 7 times per day. My portions were small with big amount of fibers.
  4. There wasn’t any bread, sugar, chocolate or fried food on my plate.
  5. I've never took the lift. I was climbing the stairs up to 9th floor couple of times per day.
  6. I've learned simple ways to lift weights 2 to 3 time per week.
  7. I was doing cardio 30 – 45 min every other day.
  8. I've started detoxification.
  9. I went back to my hot water drinking habit.
  10. I took nutritional supplements.

 

The results were fascinating. Firm body, great flat tummy, healthy looking skin and a lot of energy.
