Quick Weight Loss Plans

There are some times in life when we suddenly want to get back in shape and what we usually do is to look for quick weight loss plans. The usual reasons are some new love, a friendship or even a new job. Every new challenge gives us a push to look at the mirror more carefully and start thinking for fast body transformation.

Here is a list of easy ways to get rid of the fat fast:

  • Get rid of all those old wardrobes. You are starting to create the new, slim of YOU.
  • Write every day "to do list' - works subconsciously over your actions and makes you do things faster.
  • Write down before bed what have you done for your weight loss plan - foods you've eaten, workouts and drinks.
  • Rehydrate with water, not with soda or tea. Drink at least two glasses of hot water 1 and 1/2 hours before breakfast.

What to Eat for Qiuck Weight Loss

No No List of Foods

Open the door of the fridge and take the following foods out:

  • Mayonnaise – Do you have any idea how much oil is in it?
  • Salad dressings. They are fattening.
  • Meat – Takes forever for your body to metabolize it. Puts an enormous pressure over your liver.
  • Yellow cheese – Full of fat and bad for your digestion.
  • Milk – If you are over 3 years old, you don’t need it anymore. Milk makes you congested.
  • Solid margarine with high percentage of trans fats.
  • Soft drinks, including the diet ones.

Good Foods

Replace the above foods with Greek cheese, yogurt, olives, fish, tomatoes and fresh fruit juices.

  • Eat low calorie but nutritious food while snacking. To avoid loss of muscle mass make sure your daily calorie intake is not below 1200 calories.
  • Get yourself a lot of smart pop-corn or better pop it yourself. Pop corn has a lot of fibers to absorb the bad stuff from your stomach and to clean your digestive system.
  • Use meal replacement protein shake 1 - 2 a day.
  • Raw almond nuts – One word, energy fuel.
  • Eat spicy foods such as cayenne peppers to speed up metabolism and fat loss.
  • Apples are your breakfast. They have pectin, minerals, fibers and vitamins.

Workout for Fast Weight Loss

  • Jump squats - 10 - 15.
  • Don’t forget your dumbbells. The good part about them is that you can lift them everywhere and at any time.
  • Walk with dumbbells.
  • Do jump squats with small weights. You may start with 5 pounds weights and increase up to 15 pounds. Try 10 - 15 jump squats.
  • Do push ups with dumbbells.
